WRITTEN COMMENTS OF THE AFRIKANER SELF-DETERMINATION PARTY (“AFRSP”) ON THE CONSTITUTION EIGHTEENTH AMENDMENT BILL AS PROPOSED BY THE AD HOC COMMITTEE OF PARLIAMENT.

WRITTEN COMMENTS OF THE AFRIKANER SELF-DETERMINATION PARTY (“AFRSP”) ON THE CONSTITUTION EIGHTEENTH AMENDMENT BILL AS PROPOSED BY THE AD HOC COMMITTEE OF PARLIAMENT.

11 August 2021.

The AFRSP refers to the written submissions made by the writer hereof –

  1.  on 14 June 2018 on the previous draft Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bill, 2019;
  2.  on 18 February 2019 on the draft Expropriation Bil, 2019;
  3.  on 31 January 2020 again on the previous draft Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bill; and
  4.  on 13 October 2020 on the draft Expropriation Bill, 2020.

The comments on the previous Draft Constitution Eighteenth Amendment Bills, and the urgent warnings in those submissions, remain the same. It would seem that Parliament does not take those comments and warnings seriously.

I reiterate the warning as set out in the abovementioned submissions: The South African government and its conformists should abandon their racially motivated communist effort to expropriate property without compensation.

 They should respect the provisions of International Law as well as the fundamental rights of persons enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996. If not, they would in the opinion of the AFRSP be committing offences against humanity which would expose them to all the applicable sanctions of International and South African Law.
